The Opportunity
We’re seeking an Assessment Associate to support our schools’ data-driven culture. In this role, you will ensure the seamless coordination and integrity of all assessment operations—from test logistics to data reporting. The work you do will directly influence instructional decisions and student growth, making this a vital position for our academic success.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate Assessment and Academic Logistics
- Plan and execute all logistics related to assessments, including materials, scheduling, and space management
- Support teachers and instructional leaders with online testing platforms
- Prepare, distribute, and maintain security of assessment materials
- Ensure testing integrity and compliance with all protocols
- Enter and verify assessment data in the Student Information System (SIS)
Manage and Maintain Data Systems
- Master SIS capabilities and train staff on system functions and reporting tools
- Ensure timely, accurate entry and management of academic data
- Maintain consistency and accuracy in internal and external rostering data
- Generate reports and analyses to support student progress and parent communication
- Promote transparency and collaboration around academic performance within the school community
Qualifications
- 0–3 years of professional experience (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative and proactive mindset with strong relationship-building skills
- Passion for education, data, and continuous improvement
Compensation
$66,300 USD (Exact compensation may vary based on experience and qualifications)
