Position Summary

We are recruiting an Associate Director of Technology for a partner school network. This role oversees IT strategy, systems development, network management, hardware/software procurement, and technical support to ensure reliable, secure technology for staff, students, and families.

Responsibilities

  • Develop organization-wide technology strategy aligned with mission
  • Design and implement technology systems for school and network operations
  • Manage IT infrastructure, network, and security protocols
  • Oversee hardware/software deployment and upgrades
  • Manage IT budget and procurement processes
  • Evaluate technology system effectiveness and report to leadership
  • Organize professional development and training for staff
  • Manage vendor relationships for technology resources
  • Support IT team and cross-functional projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5–10 years of experience, including 3–4 years in IT or technology operations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience in IT systems
  • Experience with technology strategy and operational processes
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Zoom, Asana, Clever, and similar platforms
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills

Pay: $90,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
