About This Clinical Fellow SLP Opportunity

As a Clinical Fellow SLP, you will build practical early-intervention skills while receiving regular supervision and constructive feedback. You will plan developmentally appropriate sessions, document progress, and learn how to communicate clearly with families and interdisciplinary colleagues. In addition, your supervisor will help you connect clinical decisions to each child’s functional communication goals.

This New York City fellowship is designed to support steady professional growth. For example, you will have opportunities to discuss challenging cases, refine treatment strategies, and strengthen the clinical judgment needed for independent practice.

Therefore, each week combines direct practice with guided reflection. Moreover, feedback helps you identify effective approaches and areas for growth. Ultimately, the goal is to help you become a confident, thoughtful, and independent speech-language pathologist.
